Privacy Policy

Your data should feel handled with care.

This policy explains how Grow collects, uses, and protects information connected to your account, goals, progress, planning, reflection, and support experience.

Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Information Grow collects

Grow may collect account details such as your email address, display name, profile preferences, authentication session details, and support requests you choose to send.

Grow also stores product activity you create in the app, including goals, goal steps, daily check-ins, progress signals, growth blocks, weekly summaries, notification preferences, personalization settings, and premium access status.

2. Calendar and integration data

If you connect Google Calendar, Grow uses calendar access to show selected calendars and events inside the app so you can plan growth blocks around real life. Grow is designed to request the minimum calendar access needed for the current product experience.

You can disconnect Google Calendar or adjust selected calendars from Settings.

3. How Grow uses information

Grow uses your information to provide the app experience, restore sessions, personalize encouragement, calculate progress and weekly summaries, schedule reminders, support calendar features, manage premium access, and respond to account or support needs.

Grow is built to support your own rhythm and progress. It is not designed to sell personal growth activity or turn your life into an advertising profile.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Grow may schedule reminders for daily check-ins, growth blocks, weekly summaries, and gentle re-engagement. You can manage reminder categories in Settings or disable notifications at the device level.

5. Data storage and security

Grow uses Supabase to support authentication and app data storage. Access rules are designed so users can access their own records and not another user’s private data.

No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but Grow is built with practical privacy boundaries and production-oriented access controls.

6. Account deletion

Grow provides an in-app account management surface where you can request account deletion. Deleting your account removes your app account and associated user data according to the backend deletion flow.

7. Contact
